shipping policy

I ship worldwide at present. I ship to the UK RM Signed & Tracked. Everywhere else is sent standard and does NOT include tracking. If you want tracking please pay extra for it, I do not cover international losses.

Pre-Orders orders which include Pre-Order items will be shipped once all items are available by the chosen shipping method.

Customers are personally responsible for any import duty/tax/vat that may be applied to an order outside of the UK. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs of shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.

Goods will be delivered to the address specified on your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please make sure we have the right address for you. If you notice an error after you have placed your order, please contact us immediately by email @darkdevilsdesigns@gmail.com. If your shipping label has already been created and paid for you will be required to cover the costs to create a new label, and if your order has already been shipped you will need to wait for the order to be returned to us and you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

I accept returns, contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes do happens so if your item is damaged or faulty, or your order contains an incorrect item please follow these steps:

Take a photo of the item/s clearly showing the issues, send the photos along with your order number to darkdevilsdesigns@gmail.com and a brief description of the issue if it is not clear from the photo/s.

Once I have looked over your case we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.

I can't accept returns for, custom or personalised orders, perishable products (like food or flowers), digital downloads, intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
